1-on-1 Class Terms & Booking Policy

By booking a 1-on-1 session with Sid, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Payment

When you book a 1-on-1 session, your selected date, time, and session type are reserved specifically for you.

Payment confirms your booking and your acceptance of these terms.

Please make sure you select a time that you can attend before completing your booking.

2. Rescheduling Policy

₹499 and ₹999 Sessions

If you need to change your scheduled time, you must inform us at least 1 hour before the scheduled session time.

If you request a change less than 1 hour before the scheduled session, or fail to inform us in advance:

• The session may be treated as missed.
• No refund will be provided.
• No rescheduling will be provided.

Other Session Types

For other 1-on-1 session types, you may request a time change at any time before the scheduled session.

However, approval of a new time is subject to availability.

3. Refund Policy

No refund is provided simply because you change your mind, no longer want the session, or decide not to attend.

₹499 and ₹999 Sessions

• If you do not attend the scheduled session without providing the required 1-hour advance notice, no refund will be provided.
• If you attend the session, no refund will be provided after the session has started.

Other Session Types

• For other eligible session types, if you cancel before joining the session, up to 50% of the payment may be refunded, subject to the circumstances and applicable processing charges.
• Once you have joined the session, no refund will be provided, regardless of how much of the scheduled session remains.

4. Failure to Attend

If you book a session and do not attend it, the session will generally be considered used.

• For ₹499 and ₹999 sessions, failure to attend without providing at least 1 hour's advance notice will result in no refund and no rescheduling.
• For other session types, any refund or rescheduling will be handled according to the applicable cancellation terms above.

5. Session Duration

The duration displayed at the time of booking represents the maximum scheduled duration of the session.

For example, if you book a 1-hour session, this does not necessarily mean the session must last the full 60 minutes.

If all relevant questions, doubts, work, or discussion points have been addressed before the scheduled end time, Sid may conclude the session early.

In such circumstances:

• The unused portion of the scheduled time is not automatically transferable to another session.
• You will not be entitled to use the remaining time at a later date simply because the discussion ended early.
• No refund will be provided for unused time when the purpose of the session has already been addressed.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

If Sid needs to end or interrupt a session early because of an urgent or unavoidable personal, technical, professional, or other circumstance, Sid may choose to reschedule the remaining portion of the session for another mutually suitable date and time.

In such cases, the remaining eligible portion of the session may be completed on the rescheduled date.

Rescheduling due to such circumstances will be communicated to you as soon as reasonably possible.

7. Punctuality

Please join your session at the scheduled time.

If you arrive late, the session may still end at the originally scheduled end time.

Late arrival does not automatically extend the session or entitle you to additional time.

8. Nature of the Session

The 1-on-1 session is intended to provide guidance, discussion, strategy, feedback, and/or assistance based on the information provided by you.

Specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Business results, income, sales, growth, or other outcomes depend on numerous factors, including your implementation, market conditions, offer, skills, consistency, audience, and other circumstances outside Sid's control.

Nothing discussed during the session should be interpreted as a guarantee of financial or business results.

9. Agreement to These Terms

By completing a booking and making payment, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these terms.
• You understand the cancellation and rescheduling rules.
• You understand that ₹499 and ₹999 sessions require at least 1 hour's advance notice for rescheduling.
• You understand that attending a session means no refund will be provided afterward.
• You understand that scheduled session duration represents the maximum available duration and not a guaranteed minimum duration.

You agree to follow these Terms & Booking Policy.

Sid reserves the right to update these terms when necessary. The terms applicable to your booking will be those presented at the time of your purchase.
